The CRM runs on a custom backend that the frontend reaches through a custom API. This site is built to support an Elementor Pro installation, so the presentation layer can be shaped without changing the underlying records.
Frontend pages, the API connection, and the CRM backend each have a defined role, keeping the interface separate from the data it manages.
